Steamers

Large Shrimp
We use only 21/25 large hand selected shrimp and steam them the old fashioned way, in a pot on the stove with beer and Old Bay.

Clams
Cooked to perfection in white wine, garlic, and real butter. A delicacy served with warm bread for dippin' up the drippin's.

Mussels
Fresh black mussels surrounded in a buttery sauce of white wine, tomatoes, garlic, and fresh herbs. You'll be glad we added the warm bread to soak up the savory sauce.

Old Glory Wings

Ten meaty wings are a pound of fun on a plate! Get them tossed in one of our trademark sauces or have them naked, if you like. Add a brew of your choice to complete your craving!!!

Cut by hand, daily, and lightly seasoned. These are the best on the "Hill!" One size fits all.

Ropewalk Crab Dip
A house favorite, served piping hot with warmed bread rounds. Great with a brew or to share for two!

Warehouse Nachos
Our fresh chips under melted cheddar / jack cheese, salsa fresca, jalapeno peppers, black olives, guacamole, and sour cream. You can't resist the temptation!

Jalapeno Poppers
Cheddar cheese stuffed, breaded, and deep fried. A taste sensation!

Calamari
Lightly breaded for deep fried golden goodness. Served with marinara and red pepper aioli sauces.

Chicken Toes
Naked chicken breasts, cut and sautéed in your choice of sauces: Spicy Jerk, Tangy Buffalo (Mild, Med, or RUSH), Lemon Pepper, or BBQ with a shot of Jim Beam. Served with your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese dippin' sauce.

Mozzarella Sticks
A sure bet, these sticks hit the spot! Served with marinara.

Quesadillas
Crunchy, grilled, flour tortillas stuffed with cheddar / jack cheese, salsa fresca, topped with guacamole and sour cream. You have received your ticket to satisfaction! A snack for you with enough for sharing too.

Chicken Tenders
Fresh, seasoned, and served over Tavern Fries with your choice of sauces.
Honey Mustard, Honey BBQ, Ranch, or Blue Cheese.

 

Salads

All salads served with your choice of dressing, tossed or on the side: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Honey Mustard, Oil & Vinegar, Greek, Caesar, Parmesan, or White Balsamic.

The Ropewalk
Spring greens tossed in Parmesan vinaigrette with carrots, sweet bell peppers, and fresh tomatoes.

The Ropewalk Side Salad
The same great Ropewalk salad in a smaller bite-size version.

The Patrick Henry
Grilled to order flank steak sliced and served over spring greens tossed in White Balsamic vinaigrette with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and sweet bell peppers.

Taco Salad
Seasoned ground beef, black olives, jalapenos, shredded cheddar jack cheese, tomatoes, onions, and red peppers. All served in a crunchy tortilla bowl with Ranch dressing.

Ropewalk Style Caesar
Crisp leaves of romaine served with Caesar and Parmesan dipping sauce.

The Greek
Spring greens tossed in our Greek dressing topped with black olives, feta cheese, pepperonchini, fresh tomatoes, and fire roasted red peppers.

 

Soups

Our soups are made in-house with the same care taken as the ropes once twined on this street.

Maryland Crab
Made with Old Bay, a little bourbon and all the veggies with lump crabmeat.

Cream of Crab
Silken smooth with a touch of sherry and lump crabmeat.

All grills are served with hand cut Tavern Fries,
lettuce, tomato, dill pickle, and onion upon request.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices, this breast is served with soft lettuce and juicy tomato slices on a kaiser roll.

Southwest Chicken
Grilled breast with a kick, topped with pepper jack cheese and salsa fresca.

Chicken Capri
Breast, grilled and topped with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, and served with a side of basil pesto.

Sam Smith Burger
A half pound Angus burger grilled to order.

The Alamo Burger
Served with melted pepper jack cheese and salsa fresca.

The Gipper Burger
Named after our patron saint. Served with applewood smoked bacon and your choice of cheese.

Bach Radio Burger
Bleu cheese, grilled onion, and bacon.

Cheese selections: American, Swiss, cheddar, pepper jack, blue cheese, or provolone.

Grilled New York Steak
12 oz NY strip grilled to order. Served with Tavern Fries and topped with sautéed mushrooms.

 

Sandwiches

All sandwiches are served with potato chips and a dill pickle.

Tavern Crab Cake
Tender lump crabmeat sautéed and served on a kaiser bun with tartar sauce.

Classic BLT
Made with applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, and fresh tomatoes on toasted white bread.

Turkey on Wheat
Thin sliced smoked turkey breast with lettuce and tomato.

Shrimp Salad
Made with Ropewalk's famous shrimp and a touch of Old Bay seasoning served on a kaiser bun. A tasty delight!

Grilled Cheese
A hearty lunch favorite, white bread toasted with American cheese. Check out the Chef's variations.

Tuna Melt
House made tuna salad topped with a "melt" of cheddar cheese. Served on a soft, fluffy kaiser Bun. This is a meal you will recommend to your friends.
